At SastiSale.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to maintain fairness and prevent misuse, we follow a strict refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before placing your order.
🔄 Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order, only if the following conditions are met:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A clear unboxing video is provided as proof (from start to finish, without cuts).
🚫 Refunds Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
- The item was ordered by mistake or due to change of mind.
- The product was delivered correctly but you didn’t like the color, size, or style.
- There is no proper unboxing video provided.
- The item is a personal care product, undergarment, or non-returnable category item.
- Sale items or items bought during a promotion are non-refundable.

💰 Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 7 working days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
